Many of MODEX’s adult clients wake up one day and realize they don’t have the energy and level of fitness they used to.  They are tired of being tired and believe that with the right program they can regain the energy they need to live their best lives.  Some have been diagnosed with a chronic condition such as Diabetes, High blood pressure or High cholesterol that can be easily reversed by lifestyle changes for 80% of the population.  This is key as all these conditions can lead to stoke, heart attack or other severe medical issues or death.   Other adult clients joined after being impressed with the success their children achieved. They wanted in to the fitness party as well.

The COVID-19 epidemic has reminded us all, the importance of being healthy.  Sadly, people with underlying health conditions are at increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Severe illness from COVID-19 is defined as hospitalization, admission to the ICU, intubation or mechanical ventilation, or death.   A scheduled exercise program along with healthy lifestyle choices will reduce your risk of falling into this category.  Reboot yourself now and get healthy!

Additionally, as we age, our metabolism slows down.  For many, if feels that it is easier to gain weight and harder to lose.  Additionally, if you’re not exercising regularly, your muscles get tighter and we have less strength, flexibility and mobility.  Functional activities such as bending down to pick something up or getting in and out of the car can become challenging.  We can help you to continue to combat these issues and live a healthy and fully functional life.

All clients start with a full personal assessment.  It’s important to know your numbers:  height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose level so we have a baseline to build off of.   Together we design a program that fits your life and will help you to achieve your goals in the shortest amount of time possible.

MODEX’s program looks at health and fitness through 6 dimensions that are key for longevity and good health. They are nutrition, lifestyle, mobility, flexibility, strength and stamina.    You are only as healthy and fit as you are competent in each dimension.

You will enjoy intense, fun and safe sessions where you quickly will see results.  We will also share personalized nutrition information for you and your family. We remind all of our clients that you cannot exercise off a bad diet.

This program is for anyone at any fitness level, whether you’re just getting off the couch to our weekend warriors.  The only requirement is to be committed to improving your health and fitness and a desire to feel great again!
